          OYO Rooms is a mixture of aggregator and franchise Business Model .But the company generates its 90% revenue from hotels under the franchise busines model .
          OYO used to lease hotel rooms,organise the hotel rooms under their brand name. The Busines Model of OYO is as like as UBER and OLA . We book taxi for some time on OLA or UBER . As like that OYO helps to book hotels any time at affordable cost. OYO Rooms bookings are made through the official website and application.
          Basically OYO fulfils the needs of customers , which type of hotels where they want to stay. They improve the services, inventory and quality of rooms .

(2) OYO Townhouse :- OYO Townhouse is to fulfill the needs of the millennial travellers . These hotels designed for millennials .

         Smart spaces :- spaces designed to have meetings , free printer , Business services , Magazines , coffee and tea in the common area .

(3) Studio Stays :- OYO Rooms also provides fully furnished rooms and flats for long stays like internships , corporate stays . Rents are paid monthly . Commision is charged from owners .

(4) Event Stays :- There are many Family functions as like as weddings , birthday parties , other parties and corporate functions like meetings , seminars for guests to stay for long . OYO provides these services also .

(5) Commercial Spaces :- Customers can book office spaces on OYO Rooms also .

(6) OYO Wizard :- This is the subscription model of OYO as like as amazon prime , Youtube premium . On this model subscribers get exclusive deals, offers and cashbacks and discounts .

HOW OYO STARTED  :- 
            OYO Rooms was founded on 2013 . The founder of OYO means Ritesh Agarwal was very passionate about travelling . He has travelled many places of India . At that time he experienced the problems with budget hotels . There were some hotels available at high price but their services and environment were not so good where as some other hotels give good services at low price . But to find such hotels was difficult task . So at the age of 17 he launched Oravel travells , which later become OYO Rooms .
